If you're coming down from MLK (shown as the long green strip in the NW corner of the map), you'll hit a really crazy intersection with a traffic circle right after you cross E105th. At that point you're basically facing the back of the Natural History Museum. You can head to either side of the museum at that point to get to Wade Oval.
