Ultimate

What is Ultimate?

Ultimate is a high-intensity disc sport that incorporates elements of American football, soccer, and basketball. The game is played with a 175-gram flying disc, also known as a Frisbee. The object is to advance the disc into your team's end zone by throwing the disc to team-mates up field. Once a player has caught the disc, he or she may not run or walk until the disc has been thrown to another player. The governing body of Ultimate in the United States is the Ultimate Players Association. The UPA website contains much more information about the sport, including the official rules, by which the CDA abides.
