Fall League Created

This fall, we would like to introduce a new league to Northeast Ohio. .

The league is tentativey set to run 8 weeks starting the week after Labor Day (beginning September 12th, ending Halloween). Games will be Saturday afternoons and will be played in Macedonia. Format is coed, 5:2, however the ratio is subject to change depending on the number of people that register.

Games will be played at 1566 East Aurora Rd in Macedonia. If you take I-271 to Route 82 and go East about a mile and half, past Shepherd Road.

The price is $15.00 per player. But you will NOT get a disc or shirt.

Sign-ups will last for two weeks, until September 8th.

Sign-ups will be conducted on a small group basis - groups of up to six can sign up together. Each player can sign up to 5 others that they want to play with. If you sign up others, they do not need to sign up as well. Even if you are not signing up with others, you must still fill out a roster template. Once all groups are registered, teams will be created so that they are as fair as possible.

Due to the constraints of our web site, we cannot post the "roster template" or the Waiver. In order to get them, you must email me at jefflazarus@hotmail.com, and I will send you the roster template by email. Once you receive it, all instructions will be in the template. You MUST have these to register.

Your registration IS NOT complete by submitting a roster template. YOU MUST also pay via paypal. To pay, go to www.paypal.com, and click on the "send money" tab. Send the money to info@cleveland-disc.org. You must pay for ALL players on your roster template. In other words, if you register with 3 friends, you must pay $60.00 (3 players + you, all at $15 apiece). You will not be allowed to play unless you are paid at the time the registration closes.

Once your roster template AND payment are received, you are registered.
