RUN - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

I said it before, but I'll say it again. You guys did a great job. I REALLY like that all teams play out to final seed, or at least it is on the schedule even if some teams choose not to. The Saturday and Sunday format were both excellent. I really liked that teams could move up a division if they played well enough. Direction..its chagrin BLVD nor chagrin RD off of 279N I think :) Finally, I think there were a bunch of hotels just off the chagrin blvd exit that you guys didn't list on the tournament website. However, I could be wrong too. I didn't make the hotel arrangements for our team. Thanks again for a great tournament, brody

Feedback from the team: all positive. Really well run, everything was on time, good amount of food available, good stuff for sale (gatorade etc..). The format was great, well placed bye's and maximal playing time without lag time. -gensel

Jim, Nice job on the tourney. Though we were disappionted in our showing, we appreciate your planning and efforts. Did the Indy guys really blow off the tourney? Those bastards. I thought they said they would be there when I talked to them at Poultry Days. Rob Mad Cow

SCRAP - State College, PA

Jim - Thanks for running a great tournament. Everyone on SCRAP said it was run really well, and they were happy with the experience (except for the fact that we didn't play quite to our usual level, but hey, it was our 1st tournament of the year). Hopefully, we'll be back again next year. Thanks again, -Carl Pray -SCRAP

Sorry for the delay in reply. I've talked to my team on this (things to improve on), and we all agreed that you ran a VERY solid tournament. The fields were good (although on Sunday, they got progressively worse as we advanced - semis were played on a desert field 2), and amenities were perfect. The gear (shirts, etc) was especially nice (cosmetic comment, I know). Maybe a time frame should be given for when to be at the Saturday dinner so as not to be SOL for food. The number one thing is that this tournament was a great experience for us, and worth the drive. The value is unbeatable (very good price). We were definitely glad that we were in "A" division (I didn't get your email about dropping us to 'B' until I got back, sorry if that made 'Shake' bail on you). We intend to return next year. Excellent job and thanks again. KP

This was an excellent tourney, all around. Great fields, good party, hot competition, excellent spirit, very well organized, etc. etc. Check it out next year if you missed it this year. JThib Against the Grain
